Beer and Teriyaki Steak Marinade

Grab your favorite type of beer (or non-alcoholic beer), Kikkoman soy sauce and some brown sugar to make a simple steak marinade that will give your grilled steak some zest. Beer Marinade Ingredients

Servings: 4 Steaks
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

1/2 Cup of beer
2/3 Cup of Kikkoman soy sauce
1/3 Cup of Water
1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
Kosher salt and ground Black Pepper



Thoroughly mix beer, soy sauce, water and brown sugar in a medium bowl and pour into a zip-lock freezer bag. Add steaks to the bag and make sure steaks are coated well with marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night.

Right before grilling, salt and pepper steaks to taste.
