This sauce is quick. No cooking or roasting of ingredients. Also serves as a marinade. Adjust ratio of ingredients to the number of steaks and diners. Experiment with other ingredients.
3/4 Cup of olive oil 4-6 Cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed) 3 Tablespoonsfresh oregano leaves (or 2 teaspoons dried optional) 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice 1/3 Cup of chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 Teaspoonred pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoonssea salt 1/4 Teaspoonblack ground pepper
