Adjust ingredients to your particular taste. Increase or decrease the ratio of ingredients to the number of planned steaks. Preferred steaks for this rub are New York Strip, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye or Tenderloin (Filet Mignon).

Steak Rub Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of dried thyme leaves 4 Tablespoons of sweet paprika 6 Cloves of garlic. Peeled and minced 1 Tablespoon of Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon of ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Thyme and Garlic Steak Rub
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Remove steaks from refrigerator and bring to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Rub and press evenly to your taste on both sides of each steak.
